  Seem professional enough, but what is the story with allowing the neighbourhood cat to come in and lay around in the waiting room of an eye specialist?? Believe it or not, Some people are allergic to them.. Then wonder why when you finally go in for your appointment you have red watery eyes.. Pretty good way to make sure patients have to book in for a further appointment.
